Seven Nights of Christmas • Dec.20

Beth's family is busy organizing a Pop Christmas party for the coming night.

At a toy store where Mika and Eman are buying giveaways and gifts for the children at the hospital.

"How could a kid realize such thing like that of Beth?" said Mika.

Eman while busy picking toys, "she's no ordinary."

"There's four days left before her most awaited debut..."

"Do you think Beth would like this?" Eman asks Mika while handing a glass ball where a small house is being covered with snow.

"Beth would definitely like that..." said Mika.

Camille has someone with her, they’re about to visit her daughter, quite nervous they enter Beth’s room.

"Beth... I brought Auntie Jacky..." Camille and Jacky come closer to Beth's bed where the kid is rest sitting.

Beth silently stares at them.

Seven Nights of Christmas • Dec.19

A light heat on Beth’s cheeks woke her up, the 8 o’clock sunlight touches her face. As she slowly get up from her bed she notice some balloons from the corner and in that instance she knew it was not a dream.

Busy on the desk just a couple of feet from Beth’s bed Camille is trying to contact almost everyone on her phonebook, texting them about the scheduled party this coming Christmas for Beth.

“Good morning Mommy…” a joyful greeting from Beth as she hugged her mother surprise.

“Good morning my baby… How’s my twelve-year-old-baby’ sleep?”

Happiness draws on Beth’s face, “I’m twelve…”

“Yes and later this evening some of your classmates and teachers would come visit you and they’ll be staying for your thirteenth birthday!” says Camille as she wriggle Beth’s cheeks, “my pretty baby…” Then she checks her wristwatch and turn again to her daughter, “well it’s time for some Vitamin D, let’s take a little walk outside…”

"I'm very sorry, but there is really no hope," a solemn tone coming from Beth's doctor. "The least I can advice you is to be prepared. She'll need you to overcome her pain. There would be few days left for her, make Beth happy. She’s very lucky to overcome her due."

Camille on teary eyes leaned to her husband Miguel. Can't catch his throat, Miguel started to talk, "how long would it be?"

"Well depending on her past records, maybe a week or so. But rest assured it won't take a month."

Walking towards Beth's room, Camille broke her silence, "I'll just pray in the chapel," she told Miguel.

And he replied, "Let me go with you."

"No... I guess... I just need space. I need time to think…"

Miguel differ his tone, "but Beth doesn't have much of that."
